Cancellation of Orders Customers can cancel the order within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (receipt of order confirmation by email and receipt of full payment plus VAT, if applicable, plus shipping costs for stripe.com or from payrexx.com) and receive a full refund for payments made so far in connection with the cancelled order.
